For security reasons it is recommended you change the permissions of 'config.file.php' to not be a writable file...try 'chmod 644' or 'chmod 444' on unix / linux systems (like apache web servers) and 'read only' on windows systems.
However some web servers don't seem to allow 'read only' files and changes back to 'read only' don't persist. If you keep seeing this screen, that is almost certainly the problem. In which case, we recommend you click the button below to disable this security check.
